I love shopping at the Restore. I usually go to the one on Williston. They tend to have more home improvement stuff there. For everything else though, the one in Milton has to be my favorite because of the staff. Brandy I think her name is, very nice. Another is Lindsey. Very helpful. She's great with product info too. Especially antique glassware. Keep it up!

There have been many recent store & management changes at this location lately. The new manager is a breath of fresh air- so friendly, helpful, and great at providing customer service. She knows us as we frequent this Habitat, and she always visits, chats, and makes us feel welcome. The new manager is a great improvement over the previous one. Just being nice and friendly, is an improvement— but she has also worked very hard at improving the look of the entire store as well as what’s available for buying. Her hard work shows. Lastly the prices are better- which makes us want to buy more, and come back more often.

Well organized, friendly staff, great prices. Knowledgeable clerk, answered questions about their cause & volunteering. They accept clean and usable clothing, household goods, toys, furniture, etc during business hours only. Loose items need to be bagged or boxed, no need to sort. Currently taking donations.

Hi Donna. We recommend calling the store directly. Their inventory changes by the minute, but a staff member can check the sales floor while you're on the phone. Their number is 802-891-9829.
We do have a pick-up serivice, and it's free! You can start the process online at https://resupply.app.link/vermonthabitat, or you can call 802-857-5296 ext. 4. You're welcome to drop off items as well - our donation doors are open Mon-Fri 10-6 and Sat-Sun 10-5.
They have signs up to wear masks & stay 6' apart, they have the plastic plexishields at the cash registers, they have plastic barriers up so public stays on the sales floor.
Only on the days they are open and earlier in the morning seems to be best. They have certain hours of the day you can drop off donations. Just be sure to check in with them before you unload and make sure you talk to the ladies inside not the guy at the back door. He always seems to tell people they aren't accepting the certain things your bringing when he is to busy or has a list of things he needs to do.

Hi Joanne. Unfortunately they don't, but you can drop off clothing donations at our Milton location — we're at 414 Rt. 7 South.
