Several users had a bitter experience with the girl who charges in the first class part and the other one who organizes the queue. They charged many passengers 20 dollars for using a wheelchair and 40 for the car. 20 pounds if you wanted to carry it in the chair and 60 for the belly of the plane. I have names and flight dates ok. I was very disappointed and that we paid first class. Very bad treatment.
