Service at bar and food was exceptional... as a 45 year customer first service provider and 40 year flyer with UA I ask.... GET the snobby matter of fact people off the front desk. WE the flyer and United Club members pay hundreds of dollars per year for the brief comfort of a few minutes before flying. With airline travel being as stressful as it is we the members don't need to be greated with fake polite hellos or thank you. Monitor the desk with cameras or hire quality assurance firms to do reviews. Just a word from a serial entrepreneur... have a happy and great day. 😊

You can purchase a club pass or it's a benefit for some ticket levels and cardholders.
there is a United club at Fort Lauderdale but when I was there a few months ago it is supposedly a temporary one so it is very poorly done
