The worst airline I have ever flown on. One way from FLL to Philadelphia they charged me $79 for a carry-on bag because half of the wheels didn't fit in the El Cajon they have to measure which one they charge and which one they don't. They don't even give you water on the plane. A bottle of water they charge $3.5. On the way back a delay of 3 and a half hours, they did not even offer an apology. Terrible company. Do yourself a favor and travel with another company

Staff were good. Passanger seat was extremely bad. No recline, and it felt like seating on a metal bench. No legs room. This was my first experience flying with Spirit airline, and after this experience, I will not be flying with them anymore.

I read with disappointment and admiration that what happens to me has happened to many clients, I agree that it is an airline that has to correct a lot, the abuse is permanent and the changes that harm passengers are constant, they have to improve because they are going to run out of customers, I don't want to go through the nightmare I lived through again.

Worst airline never book them it will cost you more they left me stranded with 3 small children 2x and continued to lie about why my flight was canceled

All can be done on internet. Very easy.
Good luck calling. You can try but may be easier to go to airport to make changes. Very helpful there. Hold times can be very long if you call.
You can contact Spirit customer service...or you can pass by the airport and ask a customer rep. at the ticket counter.
