They’re disgusting. You’ll leave with your car having more problems with then when you first dropped it off.There overpriced and provide horrible customer service and overall service repairs on cars. I brought my car in to have a headlight fixed , the first time I picked up the car the headlights were NOT fixed so I had to take it back to the shop again. When I received the car back again, the light was fixed however my radio stopped working. I’ve never had the issue before with my car, when I requested for Honda to review it and fix the issue they stated that they ran a diagnostic and they couldn’t fix it and That I needed a new $1300+ radio for my Honda 2015… Miraculously a few weeks later, my radio stated to come on. Please save yourself the headache and take my advice, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

Went for an oil & filter change and state inspection on a Saturday morning. Took a little over 1.5 hrs which was fine considering there were plenty of folks in the waiting room before me. Very happy with the service and experience. Will definitely be coming back. Having just recently moved into the area, I'm actually located closer to the White Plains Honda Service Center. But I came here to the Yonkers locations due to the disparity in reviews. I can't speak to the negative reviews of the White Plains location, but I definitely concur with all the positive reviews of the Yonkers location. Sep 2022 update: Another excellent visit. Brought my Pilot here for it's first service. No upselling. Quick wait. Highly recommended.

No I advise you to make an appointment they do work with you and your schedule for your convenience.Ask for Ask for R.J he's really good at working at your convenience and giving you the earliest appointment as possible. He's the best hes been working with my mom for 5yrs. and we enjoy his service.

Did u setup a username and password with honda. That's an easy way to pay without mailing or going to the place.
Honda can only update an original stereo/navigation system. If its aftermarket I recommend going to electrical specialist shot like jochy auto on 2032 Webster
Hello Jose! There is no warranty for a battery in a used car after 6 months (Yonkers Honda only). But when you buy a Honda battery, you will have a 5 year warranty. Please call us if you have any questions. Thank you!
