I went the day before yesterday to buy some windshield wipers for my car and El Niño who attended me was very cordial and patient even though he was dealing with more people on the phone and on the line. Whenever I come they try to sell me the most expensive ones instead the boy went and recommended me some and even explained to me what their pros and cons were compared to the most expensive ones that they always try to stick in my eyes, greetings to Alan and I hope keep hiring young people like this!

This!! Has to be the most useless store I’ve ever done business with. Most of all, the worst AutoZone in New York State. Short staffed and ill-equipped to say the least. Never have anything you need always have to wait 20 minutes for help the line is always 1 million people, with one person at the register one person in the back and three people outside helping people with their cars. Ridiculous.

They're not mechanics. You should take it to a shop.
Yes they will check your battery first then let you know if it needs to be charged or change
