This place is the worse, do not send your loves ones there. My father was there and after a week he passed away for no medical reason and they can’t tell me what happened. Also they never answer the phone. Now I am claiming my father’s belongings and they are lost , they can’t find them, what type of facility is this I asked for the administrator Maria Iglesias and she is never available and hasn’t contact me back. I will take legal action and this place will be reported to the State. ****update****** They finally found my father belongings it was misplaced, Maria iglesias called me and spoke to me regarding what happened. I do want to mention yosleidis she’s one of the social workers in the facility she’s the best very helpful and cooperative, she tried to help me since the beginning.

1 nurse for 30 patients, I spend 10 minutes looking for the nurse, the patients spend hours dirty after they made #2 because the personal don't pay attention. If the patient is mental I'll they don't care if the patient eat or drink water. Keep your family and relative away from this facility.
