These people are great! Awesome customer service. Went above and beyond to get me some parts that I needed right away. They were able to find them and have them the next day. They did more than anyone would have expected to make sure I got the stuff I needed to get my Jeep repaired quickly. And to top it off, they are a great group of people to go wheeling with! The team at American Offroad knocked it out of the park! They repaired the axle seal in my jeep quickly and at a very competitive rate. If you want great customer service and your jeep done right I recommend heading down to American Offroad.

I went to their shop to see about getting a lift installed. After waiting an hour and only being acknowledged by a customer hanging out in the waiting room someone came in and finally asked if I had been helped. After multiple up-sale attempts from the employee we finally got my needed parts ordered and was told we could do the install the next week sometime Wednesday-Friday. The following Wednesday comes and I call to check on the status of my parts. One had arrived while one had not and they said they would let me know when it arrives. On mid day Friday I get a call that my last part arrived. I then go to pick up my parts since we no longer have time to do the install at their shop. Upon inspecting my packages I find that the part I was waiting on wasn't ordered and shipped until the Wednesday I called to see where it was. Additionally, my local shop did the install for HUNDREDS less than I was quoted for the work from American Off-road.
