Are there grocery stores, liquor/bottle stores, within walking distance? How far are you from the public beach? Can you walk? How is public transportation? How about bars with entertainment? Can you get along here without a vehicle?

Sure there is a quick stop store a block away.the beach is 10 minutes away car ride and on Biscayne Blvd. across the street the bus stop.next door there is a sport bar. No need to drive.
