They are highly trained professionals who make an effort to help those of us who turn to them. There are many cases in which they contribute to starting bright futures for entrepreneurs, channeling and also supporting development and innovation; to improve human life.

I was a law clerk at Alcoba Law Group from May 2019-August 2020. The attorneys here are incredibly knowledgeable on intellectual property law and they were always willing to take time out of their day to explain their process. Among other things, they taught me how to use the USPTO filing systems, respond to both patent and trademark office actions, and how to search for prior art, all while being accommodating to my law school schedule. It was truly an invaluable experience and it is still positively shaping my career today.

You cannot protect formulas under copyright, nothing else is protected with patents. You should investigate what you think is using your formulas, it is not easy, but it can be done.
