Very hit or miss on whether they will not have some excuse on why they are behind on the day you show up for appt. If your lucky, someone will at least poke their head out and tell you how far behind they are. Other times, like my visit today.....you have no clue beyond a "we are short-handed". Having said that, staff is generally quite nice and once you get in to the blood draw, they are efficient in getting you processed.

I waited for over 40minutes with an appointment, the staff has 0 empaty ....old people waiting standing for hours...no communication...you can never get a hold of anyone. All quests are bad but this one wins th WORST location!

Appointment set for 1:00 pm. Walked in at 12:45 pm. Not enough chairs in the waiting room. 1:15. 1:30, 1:45 passed. Waited 45 minutes before being called in. Service tech Annette spoke to me like I was an annoyance; curt, surly, and attitude in abundance. Only needed blood work for a regular Dr. check up. When I pulled out my phone to reveal the lab work scrip, Annette rolled her eyes and told me she couldn't accept a photo. Had to be a paper scrip. Well then why did Quest tell me I could bring a photo of same at 10:00 am this morning. I would have had the doctor fax it over had I been given the correct information. Annette then told me "you need to call your doctor and have him fax the scrip". I stepped out of the room to call the doctor and Annette yelled at me from inside the lab room "YOU CAN'T STAND IN THE HALL. YOU WILL NEED TO GO OUTSIDE AND WHEN THE FAX ARRIVES I WILL CALL YOU BACK IN. I HAVE OTHER PEOPLE TO SEE". Really? That is how you speak to patients and customers? Not a single smile, greeting or good afternoon when I walked in and nothing but attitude, barks and commands from this one. I walked out and made another appointment at a more professional location. This is the worst Quest office I have ever been to. Stay away.

The worse quest I had been in my life. They added me on a Quest Diagnostics Easy Pay without my authorization. This is ilegal and I hope they cancel it as soon as possible. They asked for my card regarding a old bill balance (That my insurance confirmed that I don’t have). However if I didn’t pay that Balance they were not going to proceed with my blood tests. She passed my card twice and I just realize when I arrived home that the second one was for this Quest Diagnostics Easy Pay without my consent. Never coming back to this place.
