I arrived a few minutes before opening , and I was told I couldn't wait there pointing to a sign that said " no waiting in the lobby " , that was a corridor , the lobby is downstairs . The two attendants are very rude and unpleasant , they treat people like children , I was told to sit down , and when I said I rather stand , she told me I had to sit down . I have a back issue and it doesn't hurt so much when I'm standing . When I was called I was literally afraid she was going to hurt me on purpose. These two are clearly not happy with their job , because if you start your morning like that , I don't want to think what the afternoon looks like . I also think that if you're going to close at 3:00 you should open at 6:30 so people can go to work . Now reading other reviews it's obvious the owner doesn't care . Just use other lab . 9/9/2022 Made the mistake of going back to this place , because my insurance only accept them . Why do they advertise walk ins if they never take them , I was kicked out by the same very rude attendant , she closed the door on my face wile I was trying to explain these test were urgent and I had a rush request from my doctor . I see nothing improved with time .

I have been going to the Quest on S W 18th St in Boca and always have wonderful experiences having my blood drawn. Today Rubbie was the person taking my blood, I didn't even feel the needle :)
