I have been contemplating should I go back this year since March. The wait time is horrible. The Staff is rude and disrespectful Dr. Gosine will speak down on what ever labs your Dr. does and tell you that’s not the one she needs. Basically he doesn’t know what he’s doing.(Disrespectful) and I know My PC is a smart Dr. It seems to me she just wants blood drawn in her office. It be the same labs. And don’t need an ultrasound you have to go back and forth everything is an appointment. And why you can’t have labs drawn while you’re there. Separate office visit $$. I’m just informing people try to find somewhere else to go. Oh and another thing. When you go in the office Whatever smell that’s burning in there when you leave you will have a headache you will need a shower wash you clothes clean your purse because the smell is so strong it will be in you car and house. I don’t think patients should have to be subjected to that that’s her practice but everyone that comes in should not have to smell it. I will pursue to find another Dr. Enough is Enough!!!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service and care for their patients. They force you to come for an appointment minimum of every 6 months even if you feel fine and your levels are normal. The last time I went, I felt totally fine and my levels were stable, but they won’t refill your prescription unless you come. I waited for 2 hours to finally been seen by the doctor. She only spent 2min with me and said exactly what I already know. That my levels and everything was fine. Now, 6 months later, I still feel good and I ran out of my prescription. Like most doctors, I assumed that if I called, they would at least refill it for 1 month until I can get in for an appointment. Nope!!! They refused to refill it, so now I’m without my thyroid medication which they know that even 1 day without it will majorly negatively effect you. I will never go again and don’t waste your time because clearly it’s all about money

The office manager literally YELLED at me when I asked how much longer I have to wait for my 3pm appointment (it was 5:30pm and the second time I asked) very rude staff. Dr. Gosine spend no more than 7 minutes to read my results, after waiting for almost 3 hours and on top of that, one of the results I went for wasn’t even ready. Stay away from this place. And get a new office manager.

Waited 2 hours eventhough there was only one other patient. When made the appointment I was told that the wait could be up to 30 mins which I was ok with. Nurse and doctor very rude.
