This was a last minute booking from the restaurant across the street. We'd arrived in Athens, TN for a dinner break while driving to our originally booked hotel in another city, but was much too tired to keep driving safely. What a wonderful surprise this hotel turned out to be. Friendly staff, clean rooms and common areas and a much better breakfast than previous hotels during our trip.

We stayed here for only one night. Everyone there was so nice Rachel checked us in and she was so sweet and very helpful. This hotel is within walking distance to a few different places to eat. The beds were very comfortable and we definitely would stay again!

Me and the family stayed overnight on our way back from vacation and had the greatest stay! Everything was perfect. The property was clean and quiet. To make the stay worth every penny, we were greeted by front desk clerk Bebe W. She went above and beyond for us. We didn't arrive until after midnight and she still had a smile on her face and was very friendly to my family and I. She made sure we went to our rooms without a need left standing. She accommodated everything we needed and made sure we got our value worth. We had a young one and she went out her way to make sure the young one had milk for the night and she also brewed fresh coffee upon our arrival. She went above expectations and delivered absolutely amazing service. Bebe W. Is definitely a asset to this company. I was a GM at Hilton years ago and I would have loved to had a full staff just like her! She gave us the best holiday inn experience ever!

We were quite impressed with this hotel! This hotel was recently refurnished - everything is brand new except the elevator and laundry room as we were told. The rooms have a modern look, with great furnishings and very comfy beds. We liked the lighting fixtures and how some glow like night lights - that was a cool feature! Room was super clean!! After working in the hotel industry for 34 years, the first thing I do is inspect our room. Not one hair on bedding and no sticky floors! Cleanliness was an A+! Breakfast was awesome and our family loved the signature cinnamon rolls! Also, liked having the choice of turkey sausage as well as regular. Service was excellent! Check in was smooth with Josh and BeBe was awesome in taking care of late arrival for some family members. She has a great personality! We also appreciated the late check out for a couple of our rooms due to babies needing naps. Our family had 4 rooms at this hotel while we were in the area attending a funeral. All of us commented on what a fantastic hotel stay we had and how it had exceeded our expectations! This hotel is a winner in our books!
