Always fresh even during off hours. I was asked to wait a few minutes for fresh ham "because this looks dry" I gladly waited and it was less than a minute or two.

Staff was friendly & courteous. Tenders and biscuits were dry, crumbly & very much past fresh. Sides were good. They forgot the sauces for the tenders. $55 for 2 family boxes, I deserved better.

The last 3 times I've been here, they've gotten my order wrong. Every time I ordered a simple 3-piece combo. It must be new management than before, and whoever took over is really bad at keeping the place in order.
