I really liked this condo. It is right across from Pompano Beach, which is a clean, and beautiful beach. The water of the Atlantic was wonderful. Great for your skin and message your limbs.

Excellent building, very well maintained, no investment is ever postponed, plenty of newly renovated units. Best beach and boardwalk in the area, secluded while at the same time full of dinning options and entertainment.

NEVER have I seen such terrible workers at the front desk if I didn't know any better I would think they picked them up at the local park down the street. On three separate occasions I had to wait over 10 minutes to get a parking pass because the people there don't know how to read over a kindergarten level nor is there English understandable. I find it hard to believe they could not find better workers for their front desk to meet and greet people I have been in many condo buildings and have never experienced such atrocities. The building is clean and the pool area is wonderful but the front desk service is something out of a cartoon

No...pets are not allowed in the building.
I'm sure there will be but how much is dependent on the proposals for the projects and the contractor selected, I would suspect. They are needed improvements and hopefully worth the assessment. Hope this helps.
Some would say yes but kids aren't allowed to jump in pool, may splash the older lady standing there. No running or jumping. I would say yes for a visit. No for permanent.
