Is there any future assessment coming soon and how much will be since there are a lot of improvements in the building? Thank you for your help!

I'm sure there will be but how much is dependent on the proposals for the projects and the contractor selected, I would suspect. They are needed improvements and hopefully worth the assessment. Hope this helps.

Since living there in 5 yrs, we have had 3 assessments.
