The manager at Nottingham court apartments apartments in Plattsmouth Nebraska refused to take my check I was paying you week early She said I have to see what your utilities are running And I had to check it out for $650 All I said was I don't like you and she threatened to evict me So now I have to get my lawyer involved Then she was going to slam the door in my face I said I'm going to call the cops and that's exactly what I did She called me twice and I just said on the 2nd phone call you will be hearing from my lawyer

I have NEVER lived somewhere as bad as this. I lived there for years and theres constantly problems that no one seems to care enough to fix. Sherri the landlady is EXTREMELY rude and incompetent.

The property manager is insane. She in no way is qualified to manage an apartment building, or anything for that matter. The place is a slum. The pool is not swim able to be used and has not been able to be used the entire summer and is full of bacteria ladden microbes. The most basic service requests ignored. Air conditioning takes months to fix. Health risk with such extreme heat. Manager will make up cause to evict even if current on rent. Any complaints about her conduct ignored by upper management. Rent at your own risk! Slum like

The new landlord Sherri needs to be fired. She is highly disrespectful and rude to people in person and over the phone. She also ignores repairs that NEED to be fixed, and seems like she doesn't want to waste money on them. The heat has been so bad, that it's up to 80+ every single day in this apartment. we've made a complaint about the air in February, nothing was done. Then we made a complaint about the air conditioning recently, a written one mind you, and she still hasn't fixed it. She's never in her office, and seems to run on her own personal schedule instead of work schedule. I have picture proof of our heat being over 80 every day, and other repairs she failed to complete. I pray she's fired. I'm adding on, because she has recently gotten worse. She's very disrespectful to her workers, lies about dates on papers. She opened the poor for 3 4 days, and closed it, but lied on the paper saying she closed it on the 17th when she actually closed it july 7th. She constantly abuses her power and never actually works here. She hasn't even attempted to clean the pool, its filled with green water and nasty smelling chemicals that children can smell. Dogs can't go walk by the pool area, but they also can't walk out back, because they spray horrible bug chemicals and never warn us when they do. Risking uour dogs of health issues. I have pictures of the green pool, dates on paper shes lied about, and other failed repairs. The water was freezing for a couple days because someone unplugged the water heater, and she wasn't even the one to notice or fix this. She also avoids coming in on the times she says she's in office, when in reality she isn't. She made ALL of us pay for the water used for the pool, but the pool was only opened for three days. It seems like she's finding any way to legally get more money from us and scam us. She treats her workers like absolute trash, screaming at them. I pray that she's fired and NEVER works for apartment management again. She's very immature and disrespectful.
