The staff is very friendly and professional. I love how serious they still take covid procedures by checking temperature and make you wait outside the office. Dr kamel had amazing down to earth vibes and listened to all of my long covid symptoms. He didn’t dismiss me and showed genuine concern about my issues. Will be my primary neuro doctor from now on!

If I could give this office 0 stars, I would. One of the WORST Doctors offices I’ve ever experienced in my life. The front desk girls are extremely unprofessional, careless and negligent. IF you genuinely care about your health… AVOID this doctors office at all costs! The front desk girls do NOT want to work and when paperwork needs to be done or authorizations need to be handled, they are full of attitude and nonchalant to say the least! Getting calls back from this office has been impossible! Dr. Kamel is even more negligent for keeping these unprofessional girls working at his office. It’s a DIRECT reflection on him and the quality of care. With so many reviews transparently displaying his patients lack of satisfaction and immense displeasure with the care, he still hasn’t fully addressed or fixed the issue. Word of mouth spreads fast and I hope many know if you care about your health, AVOID the negligence and lack of professionalism in this office. By far THE WORST I’ve ever experienced.
