Went there to have them sign a paper for me because i had been seen at unmc and before I could get 2 sentences out the lady interrupted me saying that they wouldn't be able to help or sign the paper

Just called. I feel the receptionist was very rude and not at all pleasant. Very condescending and basically assured that this will be a place I never visit. First impressions are important and she ruined it and made me feel even worse about myself.

Because the urgent care services are covered by the Bellevue Medicine location during the weekend. It's a relieve that the Plattsmouth office offer urgent care services during the weekdays for times that is almost impossible to find in the metro area.
