Recently I have been less than impressed with best buy. Today for instance, one of the sales associates came up to us trying to help us. The dryer we wanted was completely out of stock, nation wide, yet the had one on the floor. My wife was having a hard time understanding why they could not sell us the floor model. The sales associate kept tell her "nope you can't have it because it is still in production". It was not what he was saying it was how he was saying it that bothered me. It was like talking to George Burns but instead of a cigar, he kept sucking on a bottle of Pepsi. It came across as rude. So we did what we did the last time. We went to Lowe's and bought a washer and dryer.

I am a Best Buy Total Tech customer and I don't want to ever be without access to the Geek Squad. They have both come to my home, during the pandemic, and they have helped me via remote access. I greatly value the services they provide and I can depend on them. They are both highly skilled and professional.

Corporate covid policy is what they told me last week. They gave me a business card in store with a managers number which is a direct line to this location.
