SOAR has completely failed to assist my valid complaints as shown on xray & mri. The office staff, I have nothing to say, other than irresponsible don't even get me started on the call center. Appointments made were either changed or canceled without my knowledge leaving me to drive from Titusville to Rockledge or Melbourne. I'm changing to Florida Pain, and after my first appointment this week I'm glad I did.

It was a complete waste of my time. The so-called doctor wanted 2 give me back injections. I had that b4 & didn't do anything 4 my pain. I had 20 major surgeries & he was a complete joke.

One of the worst pain management facilities, that I've ever experienced. The doctors aren't the problem. Instead, its the total unprofessional office staff, that rely on an answering service, to take all incoming calls, and and to pass messages along to your doctors. The office staff has never return calls to me, after leaving messages. Today is Thursday, and I've had to leave yet another message with the answering service today. I called this past Monday morning, and they've yet to call me back. This is now multiple times, that this has happened. Not only that, but I've had to drive to the office twice, because no one would ever return my calls. There's no excuse, for a doctors office, to not returning patients phone calls!! Its sad that it's not a problem with the doctor, but with simple phone calls, not being returned by office staff. Time for me to fire this pathetic medical facility. 😡😡
