Booked this room very last minute due to my Semi truck breaking down. I am loyal to Choice Hotel’s and this stay reminded me why…. From the moment I checked in to check out the staff was so kind and I was asked on more than one occasion if there was anything I needed. Top notch. I arrived right at checkin and they gave me my choice of floors which I really appreciated. Rooms had more than enough towels and pillows. All in all a very relaxing stay when my world was crumbling around me. EDIT/UPDATE This WAS a 5 star review until it came to checkout, the owner sent the housekeeper up to tell me I had to leave or I was going to be charged for another night. I’m an Elite choice member. I have late checkouts. They did not honor this. I needed 20 minutes. I was waiting on a ride, I’m stranded here because my semi truck is down for the count. He couldn’t even come up and tell me himself or call the room. COWARD. that is the worst customer service. I paid $300 for 2 nights and you can’t give me 20 minutes? Shame on you.

We had a non smoking room with a King bed and pull out couch. The bed was very comfortable after a long day of driving. The room was great, the interior and furnishings were in like new condition, the room smelled nice, no odors. The breakfast was adequate, nothing fancy. The pool was not open.

Check in attendant was friendly. Room was ok. Couple lights didn’t work toiletries left in shower. Pill found on floor ring found under mattress. Not as clean as I had expected it might be. Breakfast was ok but I certainly would not have paid for it. Bare minimum hot breakfast. Packaged burritos in a warmer. Only able to stomach one bite.

Room is OK, breakfast needs work (at least it's free), service seems OK (just one person at the desk), parking is very tight. I know it's hard to know the future of the area before building a new place, but the way to get to the hotel is confusing. Years ago I'm sure it may have been fine.
