Attending Mercy City has been the highlight of my week every week for the last 8 years (since it launched!). It is a spirit-filled, over-the-top loving church that makes a point of ALWAYS pointing people back to Jesus. I’m particularly thankful for the amazing kids ministry. I have two kiddos, 2 and 3.5 years old and have been bringing them both to church since they were infants. The love and attention they receive in their classrooms is so evident - they look forward to church as much as I do. It’s a big deal knowing I can leave my kiddos in good hands so I can worship and get a solid message at the same time! Love this church so so much.

I love Mercy City! The first time I attended was their 4th birthday party. I immediately felt cared for and safe. Pastors Matt and Carrie pursue Jesus passionately and encourage everyone to do the same. It’s always about Jesus first and foremost and that’s why I love it! Everyone that comes truly has a seat at the table.

My family and I got connected to Mercy City over 6 years ago when we moved back to Lincoln. It felt like home on Day 1 and it has been home ever since! We had never been in a community that was so welcoming and authentic. Everything about this place is great - the people have become our family, our kids' best friends are here, and our entire family has grown so much in our walk with Jesus!

It’s not just about a Sunday - it’s about doing life with people. Pursuing Jesus. Growing together. It’s been incredible for our family. Not just for my husband and I but for our kids, from our 3 year old learning about the love of Jesus and worshiping in the City Kids ministry, to our two older kids getting to experience Jesus and grow in their faith as they are getting encouraged, challenged, and connect with more youth that are learning and growing as well during City Youth. No place We’d rather be than Mercy City Church were first and foremost it’s all about Jesus! Connecting people to the heart of God and the house of God!
