Great church to belong to. They are very intentional about building community. Their kids ministry is incredible, our kids richly enjoy going.

Such a great place to learn about Jesus. No need to clean yourself up and come. Just go.

We visited for our first Sunday this past week and we felt welcome and comfortable here. We didn’t have anyone go out of their way to say hello or welcome us, but everyone we greeted with a smile or a nod was friendly in return. We look forward to coming back and getting to know folks.

It's pretty casual. I was there for a Sunday morning gathering in August and there were virtually no suit-and-tie wearing people. Mostly casual dresses, men's polo shirt with shorts, etc.
Expository preaching - Bible believing church! It's a "Next Generation" church so the focus is on helping the upcoming generations engage the culture with the gospel rather than run away from the culture into a Christian bubble.
As of September 2020 Gatherings were at 8, 9:30, 11:15, so the average length of a gathering is 1.5 hrs
Yes! The church is a "Next Generation Church" which, in this case, means that the leadership is serious about engaging with the culture, embracing technology, and exploring what the ancient wisdom from the Bible has to say about modern problems that are affecting our world right now. It is a multi-generational church, so you'll see empty-nesters who are retired, families, expecting mothers, and everything in between on a Sunday morning. Tuesday night at the Salt Company is another story...that's is 100% college students!
Our college ministry, it’s called Salt Company! At 7pm
Upbeat, contemporary style worship. The worship guy does a really good job giving a modern twist to traditional hymns and including the old with the new.
The Gospel!
Yes! They have a couple overseas partnerships where they focus the majority of the missions efforts, and are constantly sending missionaries and supporting missionary efforts around the globe.
Yes! SALT Company is a bible-believing, gospel-centered ministry, that is focused on reaching UNL. The primary weekly meeting is on Tuesday nights and is almost exclusively college students.
Citylight Kids is the Sunday morning ministry for kids from newborns through elementary school. They have a room next to the sanctuary where nursing mothers can live-stream the Sunday morning gathering if they need to duck out.
Yes! It's called Citylight Kids - it's great!
Starting August 23 2020, there will be three gatherings: 8, 9:30, 11:15
