Very neat capital building. We didn't do the tour of inside, just walked around the outside and enjoyed the building and the well maintained grounds.

Missed the guided tour, but it wasn't really never to appreciate the architecture. Beautiful view from the observation deck.we even found out house. Will definitely be going again this summer

You can go straight to the deck via elevator (the docents at the info kiosk can help). You can also do a self-guided tour of the public areas if you're up for it.
