HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Waited for a curbside order for over 20 minutes. No one came and called the number for the store. Apparently BestBuy doesn't have direct numbers to the stores. I was redirected to a store in MISSOURI. Got through somehow and the guy that answered asked me if I had marked that I was there... really?? Said someone would be out after asking for my order number waited 15 minutes and NOONE came out. Couldn't get out of my car bc I had my elderly parent with me who is very ill and coming from the hospital. WASTED GAS AND TIME. DO NOT GO HERE.

It's Best Buy. What can I say? They had everything we needed so my one grandson can stream his gaming and my other grandson can produce his music and get it to the right people. They were also very helpful when we ran into an issue and they offered an easy fix. Awesome staff!

No one acknowledge me when I came in, the store is about 40% empty, I waited 20 minutes on the floor for someone to assist me. Two guys behind the counter just talking away and you have customers on the floor that needs assistance. Best Buy needs competition, bring back Circuit City!

Decent COVID countermeasures in place, but they went a little overboard at the checkout (which is only at the customer service desk) causing employees to find ways around the protective measures in order to do their jobs.
I don't think ear buds will cut the noise out. You need noise canceling head sets. Typically brand like Bose, Sony, Phillips make them & price runs around $200.

You can get a bracket for about 40 to $50. Only takes about 20 minutes to install very easy
You can order NFL Sunday Ticket through your cable provider or you can pay online to get the games streamed. I would say NFL Sunday ticket is the way to go because you get every game played throughout the whole country every thurs.,sun, and Monday night!
Sometimes each store will have a promotion where they offer removal and installation. Memorial day is coming up and I'm sure they will offer some special at that time if you can wait.
