I am with Viera Modeling Agency & from day 1 I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences 😍. The "staff” (quotations are for those who do not have the pleasure of viewing them more as friends rather than just "staff”) are absolute treasures. They work hard to find our work & on sets, they make sure everything is good & that you’re comfortable. They have your back 💯% 😌. I must admit, I was a little sceptic at first, but that faded pretty damn quick. COVID ofc did cut back on gigs, but they have been working harder & harder w/ea passing day to make sure they keep their ppl/talents working 😊. I love this agency & I couldn’t imagine being w/any other. P.S. love my Laney 😍😘

They were very friendly in the initial meeting to get our son some work, but when we said we had our own photographer and would provide photos, they led us to believe they would work with us. I got the photos done and sent them over, no response. I’ve called multiple times, emailed, texted, and no response. That is absolutely unprofessional and rude. Even just return my calls and give me feedback and we can go from there.

I've been with Viera Models going on a yr. All positive experiences with Viera. There have been some organizational changes while I came on board, which may have slowed down some castings, but they have been working very hard to give all their models an opportunity to be casted and we are getting booked. The staff is great, really like a family, very supportive of all our journeys. As far as the photo package where people seem to hesitate on, I understand, but in all honesty coming from Cali. the package is a great deal, you get everything included all in one place (photographer, MUA, hair stylist, edits and comp cards, with some classes). If you need new pictures or need to update your pictures, which you should do at least every yr., then you have nothing to lose. But, if you just recently purchased new pictures, then it's ok if you want to wait, we aren't bound to 1 agency. Hope that helps in feeling more at ease :)

Amazing experience working for them as a freelance photographer, super professional, warm and close, almost like a family. Always taking care of their talents submitting them to as many castings as possible, and helping them grow not inly professionally but personally. Great agency!
