I love McDonald's, this was my first time going to this location and last, I ordered two double cheeseburgers with no onions and add shredded lettuce I repeated twice, she gave me two cheeseburgers with onions and no lettuce she didn't get one thing right! And by the time I noticed I was to far to turn back I was so mad I hate onions so I just gave it away to a man asking for change!

If you ever feel that life and time is going by too fast, just come and place an order here. All other postings are true. If you see a 5 star rating, it’s either the employees or auto bots they buy to increase the ratings. WARNING: If you’re claustrophobic, do NOT order on this drive thru. Once in line, very shortly after you’ll find out 2 things….. 1-at the rate it’s going, it’s gonna take 40min to get your order (IF they have that item) 2-due 2the way it’s setup there is no way to say screw this & bail out. Not even going over sidewalks & landscapes lol(yes, it gets to the point that, it, seems like a good idea) But don’t get disappointed because the real treat is in the customer service, the cherry on top. I’ll let u take a guess. But, there’s a reason the keyword “attitude” has 118 hits. This McDonald’s is a true phenomenon. I’d “pay-per-view” to watch an episode of “undercover CEO” filmed here. 😂

This McDonald’s is terrible far as the front counter. The short lady never acknowledge you. She don’t say good morning I’ll be with you shortly or anything. I have years of experience being working at McDonald’s and customer service. You always suppose to greet the customers. You are not that busy that you can’t take 2 seconds out of what you’re doing to greet them. Drive though is fine here but y’all definitely need to work with the front counter staff. First impressions are everything.
