Horrible service I just left and there and whoever was supposed to be taking orders was talking to someone standing in the drive thru instead of taking orders. I didn’t even get anything I went to another one

Rarely do I have a hot meal from them and when u do they always manage to forget orders especially the overnight staff they never make my frappe and don’t even have the professionalism to tell the Uber eats driver to ask u if u would like another drink they jus won’t send u a drink and Uber eats won’t reimburse u sometimes because they not doing there jobs right this place needs to close or get new management that will hire employees who care

Terror Town was one of the most stressful parts of the city before COVID-19.. of course they have attitude, the area is a war zone. Times are hard, and the convenience of fast food is not so much anymore.
This happens because either management allows it or no one reports it to management. Sometimes, we as customers go into a fast food establishment, see something that we don't like, shake our heads, speak negative about the issues, but never open our mouths to tell them about it. Where ever you spend your money, if you don't like what you see, tell them. You have the right to.
