Either I had too high of an expectation, but my 1921 sliders did not compare to the ones I previously bought from 111th and Halsted. The drive thru line wait is longer than usual. On top of that my 1921 sliders were dry, overcooked and hard. They were clearly missing the lettuce and seasoning on the burgers.

The food was good ,however the cashier Didn't ask me what size onion rings I wanted when I realized she gave me a small onion ring I ask her can I get a larger she said that will be a 15 minute wait,I went in to try the new 1921 hamburger and they didn't have that either. This hamburger is advertised all on billboards and they don't have it,don't understand why.

I ordered the number 12 breakfast. Which consists of a waffle sandwich hash browns and a drink. The hash browns were cold can you imagine how call potatoes taste when they're deep fry and you can still send me taste the grease that it was cooked in. First and last time at this location. So before you leave the window with your items make sure your fries or hash browns or hot!!!!😝
