Ever since they changed the recycle pick up to every other week it has been hit or miss to get our recycling picked up. They have not picked it up now for over a month. When I call they blame it on a new driver who doesn't know the route and then they will just pick it up with the regular trash the next day. So why do I pay for 2 pick up days and then they don't even take the recycling as recycling but rather mix it with the trash. I wish we had another option for trash pick up cause this is beyond ridiculous. The office hours are alo extremely inconvenient. What business closes on a weekday at 1? They don't stay open long enough to take care of the issues.

Awful service. They skip my cans at least twice a month and when they do they don't even do a good job. If anything is out of the cans they WILL NOT take it, it doesn't matter if is a box 3 times the size of the cans they will leave everything out of the cans. Not worth a single penny.

Receptionist is normally rude with me The workers cus throw cans put trash on the ground at yr home. Will take yr money while giving sub par service with no compensation. They go thru yr cans and complain about content that’s not against the written rules. Often hires workers that do not want to work. You can hear them complaining about it loudly very early in the morNing. Actually waking to it every Week. If you have a complaint. They will probably make it yr fault in my experience with them for three years. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR YR HOME TRASH SERVICE. Good luck to those who do

We've watched our service pick up our recycle and yard waste the past few weeks. They've been mixing all of it together in one truck. Very disappointing.
