Incredibly unprofessional, poorly managed. Have taken a co-worker here 3 times. They give folks an appointment and expect them to be on time -- and then make them wait in excess of an hour sometimes to be seen. And then the actual appointment itself can take forever. In addition, they expect probationers to maintain employment but make this difficult by scheduling appointments in the middle of the work-day....appointments that can sometimes require hours... which translates into probationers having to either show up to work real late, leave early, or take several hours off mid-day. Doesn't make sense, need to make an effort to better manage this...but then again that's government for you, they don't care.

So far my experience with this place and the people has,been fine.. As long as you are patient and on time things are alright..
