You’ll need to fill out an application. Applications can be had in the office or on our website. Anyone over the age of 18 that will be living in the home will need a background check. Background checks are $40 apiece money order or cash only.

Back ground check, lot deposits, meaning if you have pets, deposit. Have your own trailer, or I believe they have some for sell. Office staff is great and will give you the best information you need. Hope this helps.

Yes we have lots available!! We are a homeowners only park and will occasionally have homes we offer on a rent-to-own basis. We also help our current tenants sell their personal homes when they are ready to move. Call the office for details.

Yes you can! You can move in a home from any dealer or if its an older home it will have to be approved first. We do have a few new homes offered through Oakwood already set up and ready to be moved in. You can reach them at 910-429-1923 and tell them you're interested in the home in Westgate.
