Everyone was extremely nice. My sister and I were both seen. We signed in at 2:02. We were the last patients to leave, but thery were working with both of us. I would definitely go back!

Overall the medical staff are great. The wait is LONG. I work in medical field and do not expect an urgent care to b fast, however, I signed in at 7:55 am. Wasn't called back until 3 hrs later. Checked out 4 hrs after showing before they open. While I do respect you giving proper care may cause some delays but 4 hours seems excessive.

Arrived at only a few minutes after 8 only to be called back at 10 to wait another almost 30 minutes for a provider who informed me of the understaffed issue. The lady who checked my vitals was very pleasant and friendly as well as the receptionists. I needed a physical but the provider was so quick about the physical I felt I could’ve examined myself at home. The provider who will not be named, seemed a bit burned out as I understand they are short staffed as many healthcare facilities are so I get it…but due to the wait time, the quality of care should at least make me feel like you’re not just ready to file my insurance and send me home to self medicate! Not sure I’ll be back and I’ll probably have to get a second opinion somewhere else because I wasn’t convinced about a lot of my concerns. Hope they get more providers really soon!

Good morning Alonzo. A new patient routine visit is $135. If there are any additional charges that are incurred then they are also due at the time of the visit. I hope I have been able to answer your question. We do not offer payment plans. All visits aren’t paid upfront front.
We accept most all insurance. BCBS is one of our major policies.
We offer TB testing. Out of pocket is $40.

Hey Catherine, Unfortunately all visits are paid for at time of service.
If you are a new patient a routine visit $137 unless you need additional services. All visits are paid for when you complete your registration.
I'm assuming you would have to pay in full.
Hey Tina, I am thinking you are asking about Care Credit. We do not except that at this time. We take most major credit cards, HSA cards and cash,
We are able to do X-rays and send them out for additional reading if necessary .
