We needed a physical for my son and the PA Sims was very professional! The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. I recommend this Fast Med over any other located in Rocky Mount.

After trying several different urgent cares, I finally got an appointment with this facility. Having to make an appointment isn’t something that should be done to be seen at an urgent care. An appointment is for a Dr. Office. It needs to go back to walk-ins. But the staff and Dr was very courteous and professional.
