Before I never really liked coming to oriellys but after this store, feels like a 2nd home, even though the night staff is only 2, they take good care of you, especially Daniel, he doubles, quadruple checks to make sure you have everything you ordered. During the morning/Day they are awesome too as well as the commercial side. I know I can be a pain with my orders but great group of staff. 110% satisfied. Thanks.

-1 star Horrible customer service, never again shopping at this location . Had a return and they told me they weren’t allowed to do the return due to not having 95 dollars to refund me are u dam serious how are you not going to have money to do a return had already been 5 hrs since they opened specially since this location is always busy. I asked to speak with there manager replied not here so who opens the store???

Didn't actually have any hose in stock. Called 8 other stores wrong inv counts. Finally found some on the other side of town. 2 hours for a 20 min parts run.
