Fairly clean and safe place to stop. There was good cell single (AT&T), so we were able to have a business conversation that included Zoom video.

This is a beautiful area with plenty of outdoor seating. We stopped for lunch and sat in a covered area. We enjoyed our lunch as it rained around us.

Despite being a carbon copy of another rest stop I had stopped at on I40, this one was distinctly less clean. Not bad, but still. There was also a distinct scent of lingering tobacco smoke in the lobby, presumably caused by employees. There are picnic tables and a pet area, albeit no complementary poop pick up bags. There is a separate small outbuilding with vending machines with soft drinks available but the two machines for snacks were completely empty.
