No one at the customer service desk when I got there. Had to stand and wait 15 minutes. Finally the manager shows up and tells me they don't have enough money to cash a $100 lottery ticket.

Yes they do
Some things they just don't carry, but overall, my go to place for most anything. Nice, professional staff and clean store. 5 stars.
Believe 1800 Flowers does that...or Sheries Berries is another... good luck... !!!
