Good food and friendly people. I like the chicken strips the best and they are fried lightly and do not come across as super greasy. The root beer sodas are especially good.

I’m sorry but the management at this particular location needs to be changed. On 6 different occasions now I have run out to grab a bite or sweet treat for the kiddos and they have been randomly closed. 6 pm , 8 pm , 7 pm Sunday through Saturday doesn’t matter. It’s not posted anywhere online sometimes there is a sign on the door. I’ve resorted to calling first with the employee stating their open till 9 I get to the drive through at 845 ( we live about 10 min away) I get the automated response at the drive up speaker saying their closed!!! Just ridiculous at this point it happened again tonight where they closed at 7 on a Wednesday?!? Really?

I don’t normally write reviews, but I wanted to share the picture of how perfect our food looked after opening it. And how kind the kids are that work there as well as very fast. Good job Culver’s in Sugar Grove. You got a great team.
