I move in pretty soon, and I can not wait. Nancy and katie have been so nice and respectful at all times. Me and my husband did an application for the 1 bedroom, in late november. I would call almost every 2 weeks, and Nancy and Katie were always willing to respond and give me an update.

I really wanted to like this place, but my husband and I have not had a great experience. When we first moved here they had roaches everywhere.As soon as we signed our lease we were told our apartment had a bit of a bug problem and would not tell us what kind of bugs.They were fully aware because we found roach bombs in our bathroom. Also, it's normal to have loud neighbors but our neighbors really take the cake. They have a child that runs around all day..I'm talking as early as 5:30am. We hear all sorts of banging, and loud thumps throughout the night and super early in the morning. I work from home and I get off very late. So I try and get my sleep. I sleep with earplugs and a white noise machine...and I still get woken up every single day and in the middle of the night. It's a shame that I cannot enjoy being here and that after a little talk that may neighbors are still rude. I can't wait to move out already
