You can! The city also has umbrellas you can rent as well!
Do the lifeguards still set up chairs and umbrellas during the week of the 14th thru the 21st? And if they do does anybody know how much it is for the week?

I'm looking for small reasonable priced motels with private balcony. Oceanfront or across the street. Where I have stayed for years is no longer available.

I believe as long as you have a business license for the city and sign up and pay the chamber fees then you should be good. But the chamber of commerce I believe is who handles the requirements.
