This is without a doubt the worst, most unprofessional, greedy and self absorbed organization I have ever dealt with in my entire life! This company is so unprofessional and is completely unwilling to communicate effectively with customers or be of any help at all! If you are considering buying/renting a property and Atalaya is the HOA Management company... RUN HARD in the other direction! Don't put yourself through this nightmare!

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY. Atalaya has been the property manager for our condo complex in Myrtle Beach on Shore Drive for approximately 2 years. We have owned a condo there 8 years. Our grounds have never looked worse. Our lawn is not mowed, weeded. or edged on a regular/weekly basis. They are supposed to clean trash under our buildings and rake the sand and you literally have to beg them to do it. They do not show up and complete the job they signed on for, but we still continue to pay them. Homeowners have taken it upon themselves to do things because they are so disappointed in the appearance of our buildings and grounds. They talked a BIG talk when we were considering hiring them. They have not followed through with any of their promises . They are terrible!!!!!!

Don't walk away from this company, RUN straight to your Attorney. What they pretend to be and what they are, are two very different things. Professionalism is 0. Management is more like Sanford and Sons. Literally jumped up and down on a 3rd story balcony and deemed it safe. Black mold, filthy, non compliance. On line banking only...huge red flags. NMBG&T
