Pretty displeased at the owners attitude towards me as a cuatomer. I came in today to pick up some frosting amd to buy my daughter A mini cupcake to try for a special treat as it is her first birthday and she seemed as if I was a complete burden. She rolled her eyes at me, huffed about me asking to buy multiple containers of what I was buying ( Mind you I called last week to make sure I didn’t need to put in for an order and to check the price and timeline so that I was prepared and she was prepared for purchase) even though I was spending a decent amount of money for some frosting. When I called last week she quoted me seven dollars for the tub of frosting and when I came to pick up the charge me 10.25 which doesn’t seem like a lot until you’re buying multiple tubs. I’ve also gotten my wedding cupcakes and wedding cake and also the cupcakes I had at my baby shower were done by her that’s why I stopped by to do business with her again. The younger girl she has up at the counter was a lot more nice than she was. I understand people having a bad day but for somebody to be so blatantly rude to a customer coming and supporting your business that’s a really sour taste in my mouth. As I’ve stated above I have supported her business and came back plenty of times and I probably would’ve kept coming back and supporting her business had she not treated me so poorly . That’s the last time I’ll ever do business with her.

Just went there for the first time today, and I’ve got to be honest, I was a little underwhelmed. The cupcakes all looked pretty basic, not like what you see coming out of some cupcake shops on tv. The cupcake flavors themselves were okay, but the cake was pretty dry and not very sweet (which some might appreciate.) The staff was nice and attentive. I might be back again, but it’s not somewhere I’m clamoring to try again. They really need to get more moisture into that cake, though. It left my mouth feeling like a desert and in need of water.

They completely forgot to make half of our lunch. Lunch portions are tiny for the cost. The mini cupcakes were okay.

They changed the design of our wedding cake and didn't call to let us know. Challenging communication and multiple other errors. We tried calling after the wedding to talk about our negative experience with them but it seemed like a they said/we said situation which was uncomfortable. Too much added stress.

I'm not sure. I'd call ahead and order them to make sure that they have everything that you want.
Early is better, but they make fresh cupcakes all day and can make some cupcakes for you on the spot if they have none in the case!
