According to Google they are open Tuesday - Saturday 12 - 9pm
I don't think so. I haven't heard of them having a deliery person in quite a while. But calling them and asking may help! :3

No. Takeout in available but their current menu isn't quite the same as the menus available online
Absolutely, have lots of options, the owners are very friendly and accommodating just let them know what your dietary restrictions are.
Actually, they do deliver, but it has to be after five o'clock and the order has to be $20 or more.
Four Seasons menu is available online if you just type their name in a google search.
