Exceptionally Clean and Well maintained however there are some severe potholes scattered throughout the parking areas as well as the entrance and exit drives.

Yes but there is a policeman taking temperatures at the stall doors. If you have a fever then you have to poop in the woods.
If you can call MDOT get the phone number of rest stop. Get a hold of the attendant see if he found it or someone turned it in.
