Horrible customer service.. I thought domino’s was all about customer satisfaction lol they hiring a bunch of felons with no customer service skills whatsoever. Thanks to those Karen’s you guys have working there I’ll switch to papa John’s from now on👌

$18 minimum to get delivery when I just wanted a large 1 topping pizza I was told about the delivery fee, instead I ordered a real pizza from Giuseppe's off North Main st.

tried to order 2 pizzas last week...says you're open , no one was answering the phone..... called this weekend to try again. now the hours are 3:30 to 9. i called at 2pm and tried to order a pizza without knowing this. it's now almost 4 now and i have just waited 2 hours to try to place the order , i called to order a pizza because the online services weren't working properly to order 3 larges with my choice of toppings for the 12.99 coupon well you literally only have a meat selection of pepperoni and sausage and nothing else...cant even use alfredo sauce instead of tomato sauce...because? the company is out of stock I guess? what a joke. you just lost a regular customer since it seems you cant provide the service you advertise.
