Foods horrible, drinks also were not very good. Service was okay, def needs new management.

Just left Wendy's and was very disappointed! At least 6 or 7 employees back in the kitchen, no customers in the dining room and the drive thru was 2 cars went thru while we were waiting for our take out order......which took about 20 minutes!! Apparently the 6 people couldn't figure out how to get sweet tea! We would have changed our drinks but but there wasn't an employee out front to speak to and as loud as they were in the back (10-15 feet away) they couldn't even hear us. I like Wendy's but this one just needs closed down!

Bagels

I love Wendy’s but I hate going to Buckhannon Wendy’s they are always so rude for no reason. I work at the Buckhannon Mcdonald’s so I always make sure I’m super nice because I know how mean some customers can be. But no matter how nice I am, there’s always snotty teenagers in the window who are rude. The managers seriously need to correct their behavior, I would never in my life treat a customer the way the workers at Wendy’s treat customers. I asked for extra ranch one time and the lady in window rolled her eyes and gave me one ranch. Came through another time and I said “Thank you, have a good day” and the teenage girl rolled her eyes and shut the window in my face.
