October 2021 update: Very dissatisfied with Enterprise and their availability in rural WV. For a one day trip on a weekend, my option is to rent Friday and return Monday (so a much higher bill). I asked if I could record milage to show the vehicle was not used on days they are closed but they said no. Their nearest location that is open on the weekend is now Morgantown, but you also have to return it to Morgantown. If I have to drive 2 hours for a rental, what is the point. They blame covid for this availability issue but I rented cars during the pandemic in 2020 with no issue. The employee I spoke to doesn't predict things will be back to normal in rural WV until the summer of 2022. So dont plan quick weekend trips until then if you plan to rent their car. I asked the employee where I could voice my dissatisfaction with the reduced availability, and they could not give me a venue to voice my dissatisfaction. Old: Nice people and nice place. Highly recommend asking for Jacob Jasper.
