Today was my first time here and I absolutely regret it. My appointment was for 10 but I finished at 11:30. I was sent upstairs to do X-rays and when I asked if I would be seen soon, I kept being told shortly. The doctor comes in and asks if I was there for a check up and I said yes but I also needed a cleaning. She asked if I signed in on the clip board. I signed in downstairs, why would I have to sign in again upstairs? I specifically made the appointment for a check up and cleaning. It doesn’t make sense that I would have to sign in specifically for a cleaning. However, no one told me I needed to sign in again. She does the check up and helps me get a dental hygienist. The dental hygienist was a mess. She didn’t know how to use any of the equipment. She poked my lip with her instrument and sprayed water all over my body. She kept saying don’t worry it’s not sharp and don’t worry, it’s just water. I didn’t come here to be poked and sprayed all over with water. While she was using the cleaning paste with the rotating brush, she got paste literally all over my body. It was splattered on my face, neck, arms and legs. I have never had such a horrendous dental experience in my life. On top of all this, the place looks dilapidated. Tiles were missing from the ceiling, walls were all chipped. Everything looked filthy. They also had signs everywhere regarding properly wearing a face mask but almost no one worn one.
